The dehydrated fruit has been dried in the sun or through an oven, eliminating part of the content of water that it contains the fresh fruit.

Their conservation is lingering and consequently it is a good alternative to the fresh fruit, allowing to have available fruit outside of season and to conserve it without need of using refrigeration. These fruits are often added to cereals for the breakfast, cackes, breads, salads, ingredients that accompany to infinity of plates and a very tempting dish to consume it like dessert. Their flavor is stronger and more intense than the fresh fruit. 

They are rich in vitamins (A, B1, B2, B3, B6, sour pantotenic), dietary minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium, match, potassium, sodium, copper, manganese) and rich in ponifenols like the pruina. They contain 250 calories and 1 approximately - 5g of proteins for 100g.
